Ms. Leipold has over 25 years of experience in various business roles during her AMP/Tyco Electronics career. In her current role, which she has held since 2001, Ms. Leipold is responsible for developing and implementing the HR processes, programs, policies and shared services for the company worldwide. She leads the global security, benefits, compensation, employee relations, legal compliance, payroll and HR information systems functions.

Previously, Ms. Leipold held various HR roles within Tyco Electronics in Training and Development, Organizational Development, Executive Education and Leadership Development. She also held various positions in Purchasing and Engineering.

Ms. Leipold holds a bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Business Analysis and a Master of Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania, U.S.
