 Jeff Rea serves as President of the Specialty Products Group business unit of Tyco Electronics, one of the world’s largest providers of engineered electronic components, network solutions, undersea telecommunication systems and specialty products. With fiscal 2009 sales of US$10.3 billion, Tyco Electronics has approximately 75,000 employees in 50 countries.

Tyco Electronics’ Specialty Products Group is comprised of the company’s Aerospace, Defense and Marine; Medical Products; Circuit Protection and Elo TouchSystems business units.

Mr. Rea joined Tyco Electronics from Johns Manville Company, where he served as Senior Vice President of JM Building Products -- a $1.7 billion division of the company. Prior to Johns Manville, Mr. Rea worked for the General Electric Company as General Manager of GE Structured Products.

Mr. Rea received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Indiana, U.S.
