Kevin Rock serves as President of the Global Aerospace & Defense business unit of Tyco Electronics, one of the world’s largest providers of engineered electronic components, network solutions, undersea telecommunication systems and wireless systems. With fiscal 2007 sales of US$13.0 billion, Tyco Electronics has approximately 92,000 employees in approximately 50 countries.
Global Aerospace & Defense is part of Tyco Electronics’ Electronic Components segment and is one of the world’s largest suppliers of components and value-added assemblies for the aerospace and defense industry. Mr. Rock is responsible for all aspects of the global, broadbased business unit including sales, development and operations. Since joining the company in 1982 as part of AMP, Mr. Rock has held a variety of positions including business development, product management, sales, marketing, operations and general management.
