Custom cables simplify by undling power and data into a single cable. They consolidate several different cables into a single jacket, thereby reducing the number of cables and the weight and size of the overall cabling system. These custom cables are a zero-halogen design that can be economically ordered in smaller volumes.

These water-blocked cables are available using tapes and yarns vs. silicone, which improves size and flexibility. Because they are custom, customers have a wide array of materials to choose from for conductors, shielding, and jacket insulation. Jacket materials can be chosen to meet the most modest or more rigorous demands for flexibility, fluid resistance, NBC (nuclear, biological and chemical) resistance, and FAR Part 25 compliance.
