TE Preparedness for Swine Flu Effects

To better protect our employees and minimize possible disruptions at our manufacturing facilities, we have issued guidelines to help limit the spread of the disease, precautions for workers who may develop flu symptoms, and restrictions on travel to and from Mexico. As appropriate the company will work with local governments to align our procedures with their efforts. Tyco Electronics' manufacturing footprint is flexible and well-deployed globally, and based on what we know of the outbreak, we are confident we can continue to meet our customers supply requirements.
